Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and 111d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the 111d website at 111d.club, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support interactions available through the platform.

By accessing 111d, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • Single account — each individual is permitted to hold only one 111d account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being voided.
• Accurate information — all registration information you provide, including your full name, date of birth, and mobile number, must be accurate, complete, and current. 111d may request documentation to verify your identity at any time as part of its KYC obligations.
• Personal use — your 111d account may only be used for your own personal, recreational gambling activity. You must not allow any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to fund or benefit from your account, is prohibited.

Account Registration and Security

Game Rules and Fair Play

• Time-out — players may request a temporary time-out from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion — players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request permanent self-exclusion. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111d platform. 111d reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detecting or reasonably suspecting any of the following:

• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated play to drain bonus funds without genuine risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to achieve an outcome that would not occur in normal, independent play. This includes chip dumping in poker-style games and any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Fraud and chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after using deposited funds to place bets, whether those bets resulted in a win or a loss.
• Use of automated systems — deploying bots, scripts, AI-assisted prediction tools, or any other automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

111d employs active monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and all funds in the account will be forfeited. 111d reserves the right to share evidence of fraudulent activity with third parties including payment providers and law enforcement.

Account Suspension and Termination

111d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 111d reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used in a manner that 111d believes to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other users; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose 111d to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 111d is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach by the account holder, any remaining withdrawable balance will be refunded to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 111d platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the intellectual property of 111d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the 111d platform. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 111d content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 111d's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from interruptions in service, game malfunctions, or delays in payment processing. 111d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you and currently held in your 111d account at the time the claim arises.

111d does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party service disruptions may periodically affect availability. 111d will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance, but cannot guarantee advance notice in all circumstances. 111d is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of platform unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

111d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
